Although our last landlord gave us terrible rental history by saying we never paid our bills on time, Sue gave us a chance to prove we DID always pay our rent on time or ahead. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had to wait on them for a long time to do the appraisal, at which time, they merely called on the phone and didn't even contact the business I was purchasing the home from. The appraisal had half of the acreage that I actually own in the very lowball total and although mistakes were made they refused to change any of the numbers.
